History
In 2005, Greg Travelstead founded Evergreen Advisors LLC, a consulting firm focused on solving complex financial and regulatory land and water planning issues in resort communities in Idaho, and across the West. He has developed and maintained client relationships, directed research and delivery of work products by associates, analyzed client challenges and developed strategies to mitigate or eliminate regulatory and political roadblocks, and collaborated with clients' investors and lenders to increase clients' financial capacity to implement plans.

Greg Travelstead
Greg is a versatile, resourceful, and entrepreneurial real estate advisor with extensive experience in property acquisitions, development, and dispositions. He has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic priorities, providing vision and leadership to achieve challenging goals. Greg is also a skilled negotiator and mediator, and he has a deep understanding of government regulations and political processes.
Greg began his career in real estate as a senior tax consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP. He then went on to found his own mountain guide and tour company in Colorado. In 1996, Greg joined Australian City Properties Ltd., a public real estate development company with diverse commercial, hospitality, and agricultural assets located throughout Australia. As managing director/CEO, Greg led an international executive team of seven people and developed and executed the business plan as approved by the board of directors. He spearheaded new asset growth, disposition of under-performing assets, and overall recapitalization of the business based on complex financing arrangements involving a Dutch holding company as well as major Australian banks.

Lisa Huynh Eller
Lisa is an experienced and proven communications professional with 15+ years of experience developing and leading impactful communications projects and teams. She began her career in 2005 as a daily news reporter working in Hawaiʻi and Colorado. She went on to lead communications and marketing for various environmental agencies and nonprofits, most recently The Nature Conservancy in Idaho and the Division of Environmental Quality in Saipan, Micronesia. In addition to her role at Evergreen Advisors, Lisa serves as a project manager and writer for several nonprofit and government clients such as the Flourish Foundation, The Nature Conservancy, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
